What is CAPWIZ???
Capwiz is a grassroots action web site service. The service has been purchased by NASCOE for a period of three years. It is to be used as a conduit to all members who have registered bringing legislative information to their personal web site. It will also bring an easy way for you to contact your congressional representatives with e-mails. In some cases NASCOE will provide the letters for you. One major aspect of this is the use of personal e-mail addresses. Membership shall only use their personal e-mail when subscribing to this service. Failure to do so will result in the subscription being stripped from the action alert listing by the CAPWIZ site monitor. CAPWIZ has five major functions: 1. An action alert system to easily contact your representatives. 2. A search are to locate your congressional representatives. 3. An area to follow issues and legislation important to NASCOE. 4. An election results area that informs you of voter information, key election dates. 5. A media guide area for letters to the editor, and to local news outlets.
